About Us
ClearView Glass & Upholstery was founded in 1993 by Cam Williston and son-in-law Murray Willis. Cam brought lots of connections with him as he had lived and worked in Kamloops for many years. Murray had worked in the Auto Glass and Upholstery industry, starting out in Ottawa and then moving to Ashcroft. The business first opened at 2051B, East Trans Canada Hwy and in 2008 bought the car wash building where the shop is now. Cam retired in 2000 and enjoyed 6 years of traveling and visiting friends from coast to coast. On September 26, 2006 he passed away due to heart problems. The business is now run by Murray and wife, Sheryl.

ClearView Glass & Upholstery is equipped to handle any kind of glass job you might have. Windshields for all makes and models are available including motorhomes to big rigs. The new shop is large enough to put any truck or car in and do the job inside out of the weather. ICBC claims and private insurance jobs are a big part of the work done. Equipment glass to house windows we do it all.
Upholstery
The upholstery department can cover anything you bring in, from snowmobile seats to airplane seats and everything in between. RV upholstery is a large part of what we do including boat seat, tops and covers.
Awnings
ClearView Glass & Upholstery also make and cover awnings. The awning frames are made from scratch right at the shop and covered with a variety materials for many different applications.
Business Associations
We are a member of the Kamloops Chamber of Commerce and the Automotive Retailers Association. Murray was the past President of the ValleyView and East Business Association.
Current Location
ClearView Glass & Upholstery is located in Kamloops BC, on the frontage road in Valleyview, between RTR Performance and Cooper’s Foods.
